Had 6 Encantos and was disappointed with every single one of them.

A matter of taste I guess. I had the PL Robusto & Belicosos REs, didn't like them & traded them away. Same with the 05 & 07 PLPCs. Still have some of my 04 PLPC cab and to me at least, nothing special. That Encasto was the best PL anything I've smoked. But since I'm not a big PL fan don't base any choice on my opinion.

Excellent cigar, medium at most with plenty of time left. Down to one or two sticks with another box in back up.

PL Montecarlos, for example. Or, if you want to stick with PL RE, the Belicoso Extra (though those are not cheaper).

Just picked up a box of these and I am planning on laying them down for a long rest. I will say that my box of PL Belicoso Extras are smoking fantastic right now and I had my first Robusto RE a couple nights ago and it was outstanding as well.
