El Presidente Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 What was your best cigar of June? ...the one you still remember....with a smile! For me...Upmann sir Winston 2010
bacalao Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 First ever RASS POLNOV 10 psp quality if these do really get better with age I 'll never know absolutely wonderful. Also have to mention Illusione HL in a candela wrapper excellent stick my old man was also a fan of candelas.
IcedCanuck Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 My first ever Cohiba Robusto ... I see a box of these for me in the near future.
Stalebread Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 A Partagas 8-9-8 from Dic 2009. I'm willing to say at this point, better than my Mar 2005 box.
dicko Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 bit of a slow month for me. best was a bolivar coronas junior, which was matched with a barbera variety wine, excellent combo
Styler Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Without a doubt, the PL Robusto RE that I had the day after my daughter was born, even without the special occasion it was an amazing experience. I've never had a cigar that seemed to have multiple core flavours, there was peanut, chocolate and citrus fruit dancing in and out, rising to the front then fading into the back. I need more!
Wil Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 bit of a slow month for me. best was a bolivar coronas junior, which was matched with a barbera variety wine, excellent combo BCJ for me too. Had two and both were great.
tmac77 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 A La Gloria Cubana Tainos that I smoked up in the Queen Charlotte Islands watching the sun set at 11:30 pm. A nice subtle cigar with coffee, sweet woodiness and floral undertones. And no that is not a misprint it was 11:30 PM and the sun had just finished setting on the horizon.
ozhabanos Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Cohiba Siglo No.2 for me this month..... Looking forward to opening my box of Behike 52's (oct 10) this month though.
CaptainQuintero Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 I think it would go to the 2011 R&J short churchill tubed. Maybe it was because my expectations were so low, or that the purchase was inspired by illogical cigar-related man pregnancy cravings... but it was a beauty. Just sweet wood and cherry. Only a few months old and ready to smoke right away
dB69 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Ramon Allones Belicoso RE Alemania 2010 and Romeo y Julieta Churchill 1975 brought me very big pleasure.
nonameno Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Hello Fellow FOHers', Mine was a wonderfully spicey (flavorful spices not peppar) Juan Lopez No. 2. Thank you, Curtiss
cigcars Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Didn't smoke that much during June but do remember with fondness and pleasure a Rafael Gonzales Panatelas Extra that gave me a very satisfied 30 min.
Coloniales Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 For me the Bolivar Emiratos, 2010 UAE RE. Not yet hit the streets, this is a monster of a cigar, a 54 ring gauge Sublime. Wonderful. Will bring some Rob on my next trip to BNE :-) Keith.
riazp Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 For me it has to me the trinidad reyes, just absolutly love them!
Omskakas Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Cohiba Esplendido Jun 08 Filled with honey and cream goodness. Absolutely delicious!
Vortigan Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 PSD4 from a local B&M,age unknown.Hence my latest box order!
Strada Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Punch Punch from a bunch of singles I had bought from czar a few month backs!
celsis Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 A nice Boli German RE lancero. Will be so much better in two years time!
benjaminbbush Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Due to have the new baby in the house, I only had time for two cigars the entire month. A RyJ No 2, 2010 and a HUp Mag 46 tubo, unknown. Both were outstanding!
