Anyone out there has an idea what would be a good "sweet" type cigar (mainly honey or stone fruits)?

I've tried quite a few cigars since we have relatively easy access to Cubans in the UAE, but I've yet to experience a sweet/fruity cigar, and I'm not referring to creamy or chocolaty if you know what I mean.

The closest I've tried were the RASS and the BBF, but I'd still like something with more flavor on the honey/fruit side of things.

Thanks in advance for everyone's input.

When choosing your cigars look for a reddish shiny hue to the wrappers. Good oil content is a must.

Now take a deep whiff or the aroma at cold from the box....should be a mixture of barnyard and a lingering sweetness.

Find that in the following and you will hit the sweetness mark more than most.

R&J Duke

PLPC (but 5 years+)

HDM Des Dieux (8 years + preferrably)

SLR Regio

Upmann Mag 50

Hoyo Epicure 1 (5 years+)

Punch Royal Seleccion No 11

Let me throw in a good word for any well-aged La Gloria Cubana. The '02s are sweet and floral.

The Hoyo du Gourmet have a sweet, woody core, as do well-aged Hoyo des Dieux.

Well-aged Cohiba Lanceros and Coronas Especiales can also be sweet, like a creme caramel.

Yes, just about any Por Larranaga habano. Also (if you can find one) an El Rey del Mundo lonsdale or gran corona. And have had wonderful honeyed sweetness from Saint Luis Rey Churchills.

Another vote for aged LGCs. I also find a nice sweetness in the Trini Robusto T.
