Vortigan Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 I very rarely get the chance to appreciate the pleasure of an early evening smoke. As a single parent I usually light up in the later evening when my daughter is tucked up in bed.But she's staying this mid-term week with my sister and so I'm able to enjoy now a wonderfully smooth SCDLH El Principe Citrus flavours, spice,a magnificent aroma and just a perfect way to wind down after the day's work and before dinner.Beautiful
PigFish Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 These are great little cigars and underrated (MHO). I always have them around and pound for pound smoke better than the more popular sub-PC's. -Piggy
mazolaman Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Good for you, everyone deserves a little siesta sometimes. More than any other brand,SCDLH have been consistantly excellent for me.
tmac77 Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 A very nice cigar. My only complaint is that I wish it were a bit longer.
bstarrs Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 I really love the El Principe. It's nothing too fancy or complicated but is consistently a good all around smoke that I never have any problems with.
Charltonc Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Solid good smoke, I like them better than Ramon Allones Small Club Coronas. Principe smoke great fresh.
El Presidente Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 A cracker of a cigar with some being simply brilliant.
riazp Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 I've only had one of these, full of potential but the one I has was way too young, how long do they need to be aged before showing its full potential?
bstarrs Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 I've only had one of these, full of potential but the one I has was way too young, how long do they need to be aged before showing its full potential? The box I'm smoking from is March 08 and they are smoking very nicely right now.
thechenman Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 Love the SCdLH El Principe. For the size it comes in right behind the Partagas Shorts in terms of favorites for me. Recently though, I've had quite a few that have a really tight draw. Still smokeable, but tiring as hell.
