Can we set up a system where you can place a bet and if you loose you need to send the winner a cigar via Cigar-Czar? I'm just putting this out there. Thread on hold until reviewed by Rob

Thread on hold until reviewed by Rob Rob may green light it and happily run it, but if I may add my two bits where not asked for, and offer an alternative......... Why not take the initiative and set it up yourself via PM? Everyone who signs up sends you X amount of cigars for the season, and you send them out to the winners after each race (or whenever). This way, the Czar Crew need not leave their lounge chairs and drinks to keep track of the comp and send out the winnings.
