My sample batch of 6 x 38 Customs came in. Look and smell great and will sample one later in the day and with a panel over the next month in order to assess if we have got the blend right.

Anyway, should they proceed (June delivery), they need a name.

Name them for me :)

Nice! When can we get some? :)

Wasnt these meant to be something like the Partagas SDC3? A name that honours the SDC line pehaps?

Wow now those are some " old school havana" looking cigars, not that I've ever seen any but thats the first thing that comes to mind and they just look so rustic. Cant wait to see how they review, I missed out on the last batch I'll be watching these very closely. Love the size.

Why do cigar names tend to be machismo and masculine.

e.g. Tatuaje "The Face". Bolivar. Montecristo.

Let's buck the trend with this one.

The Pantheon

Rob actually used the word and spelled it out in one of the reviews (forgot which one), and it pays tribute to the SDC line

A trend of naming these customs after special members of the community would be a nice touch, and you're on the way to that already.

Again, back to basics: Czar638, C638, FOH638?

EDIT: Or another CC638 (As in Czar Custom or Cuban Cigar 638) :D

Pigfish. ;)

I'm sure Piggy would prefer a 4 x 60 cigar to be named after him. After all he does short squat things, just look at his horses! :P

And be sure to market it as an EL!! :D

In recognition of the crazy summer you folks have had down under.
