bigfunkyg Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Who is going to win the game? What are you going to smoke? Where are you going to be?

gk404 Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Steelers... Depending on the time, either a Boli CJ or a Robaina Familiar (both picked up on my last trip to Cuba). My place with my boys. (projector + 100" screen) Going to be a good day of Football tomorrow. First I get to watch my Blues beat the Reds and then the Steelers beat the Packers, gonna be a grrrreat day!
Wicky Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 -polomalu's nicked achilles. pouncey out. give the edge to the pack. (although i dread the funeral pall around here if they do win) -something small at the half. (boli 1/2 corona) and then a quite celebration cigar after everyones gone. -my place. surrounded by squeellers. (3 tvs and plenty of food and drink)... good times.
aes8 Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Steelers, of course. I'll be in Reno at the Atlantis for a regional technical conference for the second year in a row. Thanks UTC I'll be sampling a 2009 - Edición Regional Alemania Especiales No.2 to see if its worth investing in a few boxes. I almost hope I don't like these because I hate dealing with European vendors.
tmac77 Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 I am rooting for the Packers. Few friends over at my place a big pot of chilli made last night, 36 sliders, my secret recipe guacamole and salsa' plenty of beverages. Pre game show is a whopping 6 hours!!! Have not decided what to smoke yet but I have a Cohiba Genios that I have been wanting to try for a while now trouble is that it's still a bit green around the ears. I will probably reach for my goto stick H.Upmann Mag 46.
CanuckSARTech Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 My heart says Steelers 27-24, and I'm going with that as my confident wish. My head says that on paper, with all the injuries and such, that it could quickly turn into a Packers rout, at 31-17. Steelers are the more experienced team, and have better skilled players overall. Plus, they my boyz!!!!! But, Steelers definitely do have a tendency to fall apart some time, and get more emotionally divided when the going gets rough. The Pack is a very calculating, gameplan-following, step-by-step team. And, Aaron Rogers has been absolutely amazing this whole year, and they are on one heck of a hot streak, playing as such a cohesive unit as a team. Yet, unless they can get under the Steelers' skin, I'm sticking with it to give the Steel Curtain the advantage. No cigar tonight, unless I smoke one in the garage with my neighbour. Going to be at home with the little guy, as the Mrs. is at work at the hospital today. We were going to a big house party, but we cancelled out due to Mini-Me being sick on and off all week with a sinus cold. So, just at home, pigging out on our own venison chilli, crab & artichoke dip, buffalo chicken dip, and vodka-sauce pasta.
bassman Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Don't care, won't watch. We're having an anti Super Bowl jam session today at my house & I"ll be smoking, but not tobacco.
khomeinist Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Rooting for Packers as Rodgers went to my alma mater, albeit quite a few years after me. Lol. Basically neutral though. Am curious to see if Rodgers can get into a rhythm or if the zone blitzes will stall the attack. Also looking forward to seeing what Mendenhal can do against the GB defense. Matthews chasing Ben around is another anticipated highlight. I will smoke a 2001 Party EL, a LGC MDO 1, a VR Unico, and a Ramon Allones of some sort. Bourbon meatballs. Fried catfish. Pot of greens. Pappy Van Winkle and a bunch of mates. This is my favorite holiday.
bigfunkyg Posted February 6, 2011 Author Posted February 6, 2011 Steelers. They have been here before and know how to win the big game. I will be infront of a massive 23 inch LCD screen setup in they cozyness of my smoking buddies back garage surrounded by heaters. It isn't too bad outside today so sitting there for 3+ hours shouldn't be too bad. My smokes will be a game time decision. The starter will either be a Cohiba Siglo IV, Hoyo De Monterrey Epi 2, or a Diplo #2. Second half will feature a BBF, RASS, or Party Short depending on how the first half goes! Enjoy the game everyone! G
