dB69 Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 There are very many beautiful photos of giant fish caught in nice weather. I thought to show the other side of the hobby. I got my smallest fish so far in dark and very cold weather about two years ago. The photo is also crappy. Have you caught a smaller fish in your hooks?
CanuckSARTech Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 I hope you threw it back ....Or used it as a baited minnow.
maalouly Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Your lucky you caught something ... Ken is still trying
dB69 Posted February 6, 2011 Author Posted February 6, 2011 I hope you threw it back It would have been quite tricky to clean it up with those fingers. I am kind of a "green" fisher. My fishing filosofy: - release if it's small, it may be your biggest after some years - release if it's big, they are good breeders - kill immediately if it's injured and eat it if possible, otherwise give it to seagulls - go home when you've got enough to eat After the mentioned trip I must have eaten a burger.
Fuzz Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Your lucky you caught something ... Ken is still trying Elie, in defence of Ken, he's has caught a fish before....

When I was younger we would go "Snagging" for chinook during they're run up stream but never anything like that
