I swear I've never been there.

Strange story in some ways, is there any reason that local authorities don't warn and then close an establishment that would regularly serve so many people enough booze to get that way. I'm not trying to shift blame from the people doing the drinking but surely if it's such a regular occurence outside one particular place then something could be done.

I agree....I'm not excusing the behavior of some of the idiots involved but surely the publican needs to put the house (and bouncers) in order or face the consequences...
