dB69 Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Let me introduce myself shortly. I've been familiar to many kinds of tobacco products since 1984, including cigarettes, pipes, Swedish snus and cigars. I smoked miscellaneous cigars for a couple of years in some restaurants in the beginning of this century, but in 2005 I bought my first humidor because RASS told me to. After that wonderful day I bought and smoked some Cubans and some "foreigners", but very soon I realized that Cubans are the only cigars for me. The show went on and I bought a bigger humidor. And then I bought a bigger humidor again. And then I bought an additional "tupperdor" with cedar on the bottom for boxes. After that I switched to a bigger "tupperdor", and a little bigger one once more... At the moment my favourite marcas are Partagas, Bolivar and Ramon Allones with Party Short as my chosen one from the current production. By the way, I am considering to buy a bigger humidor with a cooling device as the temperature gets too high during summer time and also to keep all of my cigars in a same place. When does this "bigger and bigger issue" stops? Here is a photo of my modest collection. And of course, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!
Sutton Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Welcome to FoH . This place is great with lots of information.and if you can hook us up with salted Lapland (reindeer) that's always good.
thechenman Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Welcome to FoH. Enjoy the forum! You have a very nice collection of cigars there. As for the storage issue...it never goes away.
ZAZ Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Wow, great collection of cigars! And yes, it seems myself I've gone through about 3 smaller humidors already, to the current one that I have (3,000 count). It'll take me awhile to fill this bad boy up though, if ever. Welcome to FOH!

dB69 Posted January 3, 2011 Author Posted January 3, 2011 Thank you, Sirs! There's a lot to learn for a novice like me in here. ...and I tried so hard to make a relaxed appearance by placing the churchill a bit diagonally.
ZAZ Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 There's a lot to learn for a novice like me in here....and I tried so hard to make a relaxed appearance by placing the churchill a bit diagonally. There's a ton of information on here to read and plenty of videos to see. I've been having information overload the past few weeks since I've joined, but I've been loving every minute of it. on the diagnol churchill....
