bob25 Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 As we're getting close to the end of the year I was starting to think on what should I'll smoke on the 1th of January. Maybe A sir Winston,I have a box I recently received and still didn't try one. What are you planing to smoke?
cigcars Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 We-l-l-l-l ... I s'pose I could smoke my last remaining Behike No. 56, though I WAS looking for an extra special occasion to do such. Should and when I acquire more of them, it would be easier to let go of it - up in smoke!
laficion Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 A Behike 56, down to the nub and with no regrets
Cohiba007 Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 I've got a Cohiba Sublime picked out for New Years Eve and my only Behike 56 picked out for my 40th birthday 7 days later on Jan 7
thechenman Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 What I smoke for New Year's Eve/Day will totally depend on the weather.
Ellery Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 Toss-up between a Parti Lusi and Cohiba Esp. Going to pair with Gordon and MacPhail 37yr old Scotch. Can't wait
bassman Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 I never plan such things. Whatever strikes my mood then. And the only alcohol I have with a cigar is a good dark beer. Wine or spirits dry my mouth too much with a cigar.
Puros Y Vino Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 Should the weather co-operate, a Mag 50. Then in the spring, I'll smoke the Davidoff Chateau Margaux I really wanted to smoke.
jacksfull Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 Easy does it New Year's Eve... Good friends, good food, football & poker New Year's Day... Appetizer: Cuaba Exclusivos Main Course: Trinidad Robusto Extra Dessert: Cohiba Coronas Especial ... Drunken revelry: Partagas 898V
PADDYWHACK121272 Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 I can already hear a nicely rested Tampa calling my name...
ChanceSchmerr Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 I'm expecting a New Year's Eve alone this year. Fiancee is going to see her family in Toronto Dec 26- Jan 1 after spending Xmas with me. I could have gone but have no vacation time left, and really don't want to see her family anytime soon if I can help it - Memories of Portugal still fresh in my mind! With that, I expect to be smoking something Extraordinary for me on Dec 31....paired with the finest tipple I can come up with (Probably Ardbeg Supernova). Guessing that my NYE Cigar will be either ERDM Tainos Monte Sublimes 08 LE (see how these suckers are doing - been a year since my last one) SCDLH Muralla Cohiba Siglo VI "Czar" Custom Hamlet Custom Torpedo We'll see what grabs my interest on the 31st!
NitrousPurger Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 Will be in Cabo for New Years. Ive heard Cabo is know for fake CC's (thanks to FOH) so im bringing my own. Only have a box of monte 4's and a box of ERDM Choix Supreme so it will be one of those!
dizedean Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 can't decide.. '03 Siglo VI '08 Inmensas custom Tampa It will be a game day decision.
Cooolish Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 behike 54 Siglo VI '03 CGR (if they arrive on time)
bolivr Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 Will see how the Boli Gold Medals are coming along by sampling one. Probably also a Mag 48 during the day.
Liuk Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 I think I will smoke a SLR doble corona or a monte sublimes EL'08
CBL Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 A Siglo II per tradition (My first cigar and coincidently smoked on new years eve) and depending on what I'm gonna do maybe a Sir Winston or something smaller like a Robusto T.
Colt45 Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 It's been way too cold to smoke as of late, and I don't expect that to change, so probably no cigar for me. Unless........ I go to a cigar bar, in which case I'd bring a few and decide there.
