samb Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 1st wife. Got married April of '10. 7 months!!
rdb6 Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I am married 37 years to the same lady. We were married April 1, 1973, April Fools Day. My lovely wife hates cigars but defends my right to smoke them. She hates cigars but doesn't mind my smoking in the house. How truly blessed I am.
MoeCizlak Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Married to the same wonderful woman for 14yrs. I often introduce her as my first wife. She doesn't find it as humorous as I do.
lutharthegreat Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Married only once, made it 21 years and a month before she decided to call it quits. Not sure how I feel about doing it again. I sure don't want to go through this hell again. :/
Mojo Risin Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Was wondering yesterday while laughing about the trials and tribulations of a mate my age looking at going for the 3rd marriage 1. Which FOH member has been married the longest? and 2. Which FOH member has been married the most times? I will throw in a third ala Ken, any members have reached their 50's and are a confirmed bachelor (never married/no live in partners) Been married for 25 years. My first and hopefully only.
coneatty Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 Married only once, made it 21 years and a month before she decided to call it quits. Not sure how I feel about doing it again. I sure don't want to go through this hell again. :/ In that regard, and in full support of your situation, allow me to pass on a few well-worn womanisms I've heard over the years: "Women....Can't live with them.........don't want to." "Women...................go figure." and, last but not least: "Women....if they didn't have a p@ssy, there'd be a bounty on 'em."
scinmyheart Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 I got married for the first time when I was 2 weeks away from my 44th birthday...we celebrated 9 years this past October before that, my mother kept asking me if there was "anything that I wanted to tell her"...NTTIAWWT...but I said that I just had not met anyone worth marrying yet...but now I could not be any happier ...but I drew the line at children...I married into a 12 yr old, and that was young enough for me...he is a fine young man with no problems between us, though...and I have not had any knocks at the front door, so I guess I'm safe...but as long as they're over the age of 18 when they knock on the door, it's okay
ronin Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 First marriage 21 years. Second marriage, just celebrated 6 wonderful years. I know they are wonderful because she told me they were.
Montaigut Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Married on a Friday 13th, twenty years ago. Figured it could only go up from there... it did! Confirmed Einstein's theory of relativity along the way: - had days that were timed with a stopwatch, - had other days that were timed with a calendar! Nothing that you twenty "yearsers" haven't personaly experienced I am sure... Still, I wouldn't trade a single one of those days; I would just have started cigars a lot earlier.
Laxman Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Been married to my work the last 15 years but in a relationship for almost 3 three years and getting close to throwing in the towel and going down for the count! Hopefully it will be my first and last marriage. She doesn't mind that I smoke cigars and love the hobby, lets she how that changes once we are married and she sees how much I spend monthly on cigars lol.
Azksig Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I thought I was doing well for making it 6 months ;-) I have a long way to go to catch up to some of these marriages...that's great. I hope this is the one and only wife I go through, I think I got it right.

Well done. I'll trade ya - I got a nurse who all too frequently, and calmly, explains to me that she knows over a hundred ways to kill me simply in my sleep. I may need an escape plan, just in case.

Loki Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Married for 15 years to the same woman, no problems at all.
cubanmule7 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Hey guy's and gals, I hope I didn't sound too chauvanistic on that post. Regarding #1,2 and 3, I do all the cleaning up after dinner and help around the house as well. Now while i'm no porn star, I did party with Ron Jeremy in Vegas years ago (we each had our own woman) and no there's no video to prove it
