bob25 Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Its suppose to be a gift for my father,he's a real cigar smoker. Usually smoke the Robusto size so I thought I might surprise him. What do you think is smoking good now from the Churchill's and DC cigars? Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

DC's (Prominente) I would go Punch DC which is a favorite of mine. Partagas Lusi, RAG or SLR DC if you can get some aged ones.
FireDigger Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 When my old manager left for another position, I gave him a RyJ Churchill in the old style tubo that he really liked.
bassman Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Churchill- Bolivar Coronas Gigante DC- 08 or 09 Lusis or RAGs. 07 SLR.
bob25 Posted October 18, 2010 Author Posted October 18, 2010 Esplendido will be OTT but its way too pricey for me. I'm thinking BCG will be great, what about Sir Winston's?
Cooolish Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Churchill- Bolivar Coronas GiganteDC- 08 or 09 Lusis or RAGs. 07 SLR. I vote for the bolicpvar too
CigarCanuck Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 I'd put my vote towards the Partagas Lusitania's... Those are a good long enjoyable smoke...
MrGlass Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 I'm a big fan of the Don Alejandro. There's just something special about it...
bob25 Posted October 19, 2010 Author Posted October 19, 2010 Thanks a lot guys for all your suggestions. I just pull the trigger on the Sir Winston's ,the one from the PE section. I hope he'll like them
