Stan(Skindiver) hosted a group of us a couple of weekends ago for a wonderful gathering of friends that he does every year, "Skinfest". This years party was dedicated in memory to Chuck, here are some pics from that weekend.

Thanks for posting the pics, Ryan! We did have a great time, but we also missed Chuck, who never missed this event for 7 years, in fact he looked forward to it every year it was one of his highlights. Well, we did too, one of my hightlights was spending time with Chuck. He loved the bluegrass music of his native North Carolina roots and the whole pig roast. I'm sure he was smoking something Partagas with us that weekend!

Those photos bring back my memory of last years skinfest where I got to meet Chuck for the first time. We had many phone conversations over the years, but never met face to face until last years skinfest. RIP Chuck. Your memory will go on in my heart forever.

I haven't been around here in far too long.Been thinking about Chuck a lot recently and Skinfest was where I got to know Chuck best.

We celebrated his life at Skinfest with smiles and a bit of sadness. For me Chuck will always be a part of Skinfest.
