I always smoke one right off the truck to see what I'm starting with

These Sticks are very dark with a rough construction

Pre-Light Aroma--Barnyard/Manure

Pre-Light Draw Was perfect with a Chocolate Taste

1/3--The first third started off with a big dark chocolate flavor with lots of smoke! Then it went to a chocolate/woody taste, to chocolate mousse with a milk chocolate finish

2/3--It mellowed out to a slight chocolate/nut with a chocolate mousse finish

3/3--The final 3rd was also very mellow with a nutty flavor with a milk chocolate finish.

Burn: Was good with a few touch-up's

Draw: Was Perfect for the whole stick

Mild-Med.

Wrap-Up: The 1/3 was Fantastic! The 2nd & 3rd Was very Lack Luster, rest will probably fix that, I will let them rest now until June

Thanks for the review and pics! I just had one this weekend and it has not changed all that much from when I first received the box: great draw, rich dryish flavor, very potent. I still get the sense there is potential to grow.

These piramides are my favorites, I love how the smoke is rich yet mild and full of chocolate.
