Here are few pics of my humidor....I got this several months ago in lieu of needing an end table. I purchased the Hydra SM humidifier and put 1/2 lb of beads for stabilization. I am hoping that the this thing will hold up through the winter.

Very nice smokes and a beautiful humidor! Lovely piece of furniture and humidor in one....can't beat that. I'll pass this onto the wife! She thinks I have poor taste when it comes to furniture

Your friends must work very hard to stay on your good side. That is one sexy beast. I'd love to have something like that one day, not to mention the collection and variation. Been able to control the humidity no dramas?

Thanks! I have enjoyed it thus far. I have had it for a couple of months and haven't had any humidity control issues yet, but going through the winter will be the real test. I will definitely keep you guys posted if I do have humidity control issues. When I first bought the thing I got the Hydra SM which ran on and off all day and night. So....I then purhashed a .5 lb of beads and now it very seldom runs unless the beads need water. The wood on the outside is a cherry veneer finish. The humidor is called the Lauderdale and I got if from Cheaphumidors.com.

And yes it is beside the bed. It serves a dual purpose of being a lamp stand and humidor. To answer LeafLover's question about the RG panetelas....they are not bad smokes for the price. They have definitely gotten better with some age. I might try to do a review next time I smoke one. That would be an appropriate cigar for the cheap and cheerful section.
