Setup in group 2. Wonder how this is going to work now that there is 2 groups? 2 sets of prizes?

I think it was the first Austin Powers movie where he said "In Like Flint - thats my favourite movie!"

Maybe my usage of the phrase wasn't exatly appropriate, but I thought it fit.

I always thought the phrase was "in like Flynn", as in Errol Flynn. To my understanding the phrase meant to easily succeed, mostly in a sexual manner. Then again, I could be wrong.

"Our Man Flint" a 1966 movie with James Coburn. He was a very lucky secrect agent US James Bond type. "In Like Flint " was the 67 follow up.

When I try to get in it says that the group is full. Any suggestions or have I missed out this year?

Disregard this. I am all set.

I've heard and used the two phrases interchangably. Yes, your understanding is correct...Urban Dictionary it.
