Man this thread had made my day! I would be all over both choices too! Love the dalia but my second choice would be a Churchill with a shaggy foot and pig tail.

This is Great!!!

A med-full and RICH blend sounds perfect. I am sure you will nail it Prez.

Make the vitolas FOH-specific and unique. Pigtails, shagfoots, perfecto, etc...

Love the idea of a Flying Pig if you are having Hamlet roll them, as I hear they are fantastic and have always wanted to try them.

I trust your judgement on the selection of the roller, blend, and sizes. I am in for an order, for sure.

Excited at this development. Another great way to differentiate FOH from the others dealing in regular, current production inventory.

Rock on.

I think this is a great idea! I’m down with the Dalias and echo the sentiment about the CG or PC.

Pig tailed shaggy Dalia? I'd take 50 of those also. dc

Looks like somebody knows how to order a custom roll. B)

I'm listening and would like to offer my services for tasting and developement. Send me a few prototypes and I'll smoke-em fer ya! :P I don't care so much about a named roller but am more interested in quality leaf and good construction. One of the whole ideas behind custom cigars is having a man be accountable for the products he makes.

Dalia, I believe would be a winner.

I would suggest a Petit Corona size as well as a Corona Gorda size.

I would NOT be interested in anything over a 50rg.

*Pyramide* *Torpedo* *Belicoso***** The ONLY way to fly!!! B)

can we call the flying pigs hindenburgs?

Rob, put Colt down for 2 bundles of the Flying Pig Hindenburg, but make sure his are a 65 ring. He wants them to scale.

I'd be interested in the Dalia (depending upon price, of course). If the FP is a fat cigar like I suspect, then I'd probably want to try one or two but wouldn't be terribly interested in any large quantity of them. I'd prefer a CG or a lonsdale, although I do like figurados just not huge ones. I'm surprised that a fat RG cigar would be on the table for a custom roll when everyone has been so up in arms about "thin is in".

I think this custom roll idea is a great one, though, and would definitely be willing to check them out.

Yes, and please have them all linked together. I'll hang them in a coil and cut one off when I want to smoke one.

Smoked sausage.

I will also submit my name for tasting if there is ever a call for taste-testers!

Jesus, to scale that would be like 65 and 6 inches long - like a MEGA Salomones!

yes, i looked up the dimensions of the Hindenburg. God Bless Wikipedia! B)

I'm interested.

I like the Dalia idea, I'd need to know the exact dimensions of the FP. Otherwise a Corona Gorda or a figurado like the RACF gets my interest.

Dalia sounds fine to me. :)

Coronas or CEs wouldn't be anything to sneeze at either.

Out of respect for our host, I might smoke one or two fo the FPs, but wouldn't be likely to buy a number of them.

Prez,

Would you consider a limited run with bands? It would be a great promo for Czar, and would likely add to the intrinsic value (to me anyways) of the cigars.

Please sir, can we have some more! Dalia will do just fine.

Well you already have one "thin" gauge cigar in the Dalia. In fairness to those that do not smoke this size (me included) the flying pig, or robusto size would be great.

I am guessing that the Flying Pig would not be a 60 ring gauge? would it?

The Dalia and Corona Gorda are two of my favorite sizes. I've never had a Flying Pig, but I have not doubt it will be a best seller due to the uniqueness.

Rob.

I agree here with FireDigger. Both sound great, the Flying pig it seems no one really knows much about and considering its uniqueness, I would certainly like to see those especially if they have the dark wrapper (Maduro?).

Either way, a fantastic idea.

A pyramide or Torpedo would also be a great idea sometime down the line. (My favourite).

Either way, I would deffinitely be interested in some FOH customs.

Nice thread to come back from holidays to I must say :) Although I see I am in the minority, or even maybe the lonesome, who would like to see a nice DC rolled. Would there be any chance in seeing a double corona Rob? Great idea though mate.
