mkz Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Soon its springtime up here in the north and Im really looking forward to the first spring-cigar that can be enjoyed outside without having to stand in one meter of snow and -20 centigrade... What better way to stay warm during springtime than in a habanos blanket??
Habanos2000 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I've heard of smoking jackets, but smoking blankets must be a new thing!
thechenman Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Looks nice...hope it keeps you warm while enjoying your cigars.
finecigar Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 no way... Lol I am surprised something like that could even be made- It is like disrespectful to the integrity of cigar-smokers! Just imagine Ken or one of the crew on a video review in a blanket...
Buch0 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 no way... Lol I am surprised something like that could even be made- It is like disrespectful to the integrity of cigar-smokers! Just imagine Ken or one of the crew on a video review in a blanket... LMFAO!!! The thought of that nearly made me fall off my chair to be honest ahah. I guess anything that allows one to enjoy their cigar as much as possible is acceptable though
mkz Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 It is like disrespectful to the integrity of cigar-smokers! Please enlighten me in what way it is disrespectful? I live in a cold country and it helps me enjoy my cigars outside without worrying about freezing my ass off.
thechenman Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 You gotta do what you gotta do...the most important thing is the enjoyment of your cigar, and different methods need to be utilized to maximize that enjoyment when you live/smoke in areas where conditions may be less than ideal. There are no problems with that at all My wife even bought me an electric blanket so I could smoke on the porch or on the back patio without having to light up my fire pit in the winter. I would use it more frequently if it didn't burn my arse...damn that thing gets hot.

Sometimes I get the feeling though that some peoples idea of a cigar smoker is a person that struts around wearing a tuxedo in a private club, reading CA while sourrounded by fashion-models.
