" OK the 'initiation' is rather mild really, actually its just to weed out the scammers, politicians, and die-hard NC smokers: all you have to do is post a photo of yourself with an item that we will send you, this way we can be sure of your correct address and profile identity. Here is a photo sent in by one of latest members from New Zealand...
