Colt45 Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 Welcome to FOH. I was under the impression that the "cigar scene" was thriving despite the tough smoking regulations. There is at least one very serious collector located there I know we have a couple of members from Singapore, and if you do a search, you'll find some spots to enjoy a cigar (you may already be aware).
