Bartolomeo Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 -Slightly underfilled, wrinkled Cinnamon colored wrapper, box press -Pre draw was just tobacco -Not a big fan of the DC/Churchill size outside of the golf course -Aged leather, cocoa, toasted tobacco, some cream but not as much as other VR cigars have shown at this point -Mellow, flavorful and just under Medium in 1/3 -Sit here and smoke this in cold, rainy Raleigh while the Virginia/D.C. are gets pounded with snow -In 2/3, cream disappears but the complexity of the aged leather and cocoa stick around to compliment one another -Cigar smoked quicker than it should have due to the minimal underfill but with my help and guidance, I steered her to about 119 mins smoke time -I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest, easy flowing cigar I have ever had, quite surprised and impressed all at the same time -You think its so big that you wouldn’t pay real attention to it but I kept going back to it while reading the lastest Ping wedge controversy, it kept my attention -Fudge Chocolate crept in at the end of the 2/3 along with some sweet wood….made me think of a Fudgesicle for a second -Long aftertaste of the cocoa and cream/wood on the back of the throat -Last 1/3 was Medium-Full, powdered cocoa, hint of White pepper and leather, pure bliss! -9.15/10 -I have now smoked every VR cigar in recent regular production….1. Unicos 2. Don Alejandro 3. Clasico 4. Familiar 5. Famosos Bart
