Geo17pip Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 And simply for conversation's sake, why keep your boxes in a humidor long term? Is it to provide a stable environment? If so, why? If it's simply tobaccothat burns and produces flavor, and climate conditions don't make much of a difference, why not just stack them up on a shelf somewhere?..... Well isnt that the point? To store cigars in a stable environment like you humidor for long periods of time..... I don know where im taking this conversation... but im just saying that some guys take the 30 day rule a bit to seriously. I wasnt talking about smoking the whole box right after it arriving, i was just talking about trying one a week or so. Im just wondering if there is that big of a difference? IM just going to buy a box and try it myself.
