  1. RASS JUL 16 54°F overcast fall day DDP to drink 50 minutes smoking time Watching the replay of Leicester city vs Man city match 1/3: Perfect draw, not too loose not too tight. Copious amounts of smoke. Slight pepper retrohale. Toasted nuts. Slight bread, woody undertones. Flavor profile doesn’t have anything too predominant besides the Cuban twang. 2/3: Transition is apparent with floral notes and a silky mouth feel. Woody tones kick up, bread turns to more of a cream. Cuban twang takes a backseat. The ash gets a wonky curl to it. 3/3: The woodiness/nuttiness takes over as the predominant flavor. The Floral notes have changed to a more general vegetal. The Cuban twang comes back strong. The Silky mouth feel still there with some hints of dark chocolate. Overall, it was an great Sunday smoke. It wasn’t anything too mind blowing but a very solid, dependable cigar. I’d rate it a 8.9/10. The only thing that sucks is that it was my last one!
  2. Revisiting this one from my January Review : To Start out all I can say is what a difference 9 months make ! I gave this an 85/100 back in January and I was being generous... Rough week and decided to try this again with a drink before it gets too cold... The Drink : Cheap Cherry Whisky with diet Coke = Cherry Coke or a Dr Pepper derivative.. I will do these in halves as it's a petite Corona 1st Half: No messing around from the first puff the toasted tobacco and cocoa were there. I was pleasantly suprised.. it stood up to my poorly mixed strong drink. I also was getting cinnamon and leather... but more than mentioned in my previous review 2nd Half: This is where it got good... I was getting some spice and fruit (prune??) along with the flavors mentioned in the second half. The spice and fruit didn't stay as long as I wanted but enjoyed them while they lasted.. at the very end it was mostly where it started cocoa and toasted tobacco. Burn: even burn and construction was excellent... I suspect this also had a lot to do with my getting humidification on point. Overall Score: 90/100 a much better cigar than before.. and it wasn't bad then Pictures:
