    10 days to credit or decision your claim according to Regulation E if you bank with a US bank. Standard verbiage when initially filing your claim. Not sure why they are insisting on you going to the branch though. Very not standard. If they don't credit you sooner I'd suggest banking elsewhere.

    Made me sick to my stomach all day long. I don't want to hear a peep from the media about this killer's name, picture or story but already sorely disappointed. I do hope we all take this as an opportunity to keep on trucking with our lives while taking added care to provide love and support to those around us...especially those who seem troubled.

    Still have my job, family's health, home and dodged a hurricane but tonight just tops off a terrible week for the books. My prayers to everyone else who has had a rough one. Good friends and happy smokes are about all I can count on going forward. C'est la vie...

    Dean is right on. Find them in the $14-16 range and sure....get a very different flavor profile from the standard CC. On my deathbed though, I reach for a $10 BRC or RASS every time.

    "Cigar? What cigar? Oh this? This my obtuse sis in law is a cigarillo....not a cigar.". I know it is childish but ive found that playing with semantics is a great way to respond to passive aggressive behavior.

    All of this, although I've found it perfect for all my cigars, except torpedoes where one cut is not enough and two cuts too much. For torpedos I use a nameless Guilliotene which gets the job done. Come to think of it, I really don't know why I even buy torpedos since I'm not a fan of the small concentrated openings.

    This warehouse you speak of sounds like a magical place. Perhaps you could auction off tickets for a tour like Willy Wonka did. I'd even buy a few boxes of the crap Monte 4s just for the chance at it.

    I bought two of these. Smoked one and made the mistake of smoking through the sweat...big mistake as I was near fetal position for the rest of the night. Might let the other one rest a few decades.

    It's sad to say but I'll take a good old fashioned whipping of our brand new SEC member any day over a free cigar or two. I foresee some good times between us and your fellow Texas brethren this fall. Looking forward to it Sorry to hijack this thread... Carry on folks. The ugly ones have something to prove.     Ahhhh. I love an excuse to look at my stash but I got nearly all of mine from the czar house and can't find an ugly one in the bunch.

    Just an example of how real children's stories/movies can get as you grow older. Grampa Joe along with Willy Wonka, the maniacal, egocentric, recluse, I won't be able to watch this movie smut with my kids anymore. Hell, I can't even stand to look at my old GI Joes who are stashed away b/c of the atrocities I am sure they committed. The cartoon was very G rated but that's the media for you. Ugh, real life sucks sometimes. Think I'll pour a drink and have a smoke

    I've put alot of fantastic CCs into my good friends who were less experienced and the from that I've found the HDME#2 has been the most consistently well received. I get a "Wow, this is a great cigar" every time with those.

    Great cigars, family, friends, drinks, food, weather, music, conversation and just about anything that allows me to enjoy all of that more often. Alabama football is a given passion where I am from though and luckily I can enjoy that while doing all of the above. Pretty simple existence here. Everything else just seems to get in the way.

    '09 Partagas 898 this sunny afternoon. Beautiful day with a fantastic cigar! First one and was amazed at how mellow yet flavorful it was. Finished the weekend off with a Liga Privada Robusto. Powerhouse cigar but extremely flavorful and complex. One of my new favorite NCs.
