    So folks, I'm heading down to Playa Mujeres, Mexico next week, and have every intention of taking a good selection of cigars with me. I did this previously in a domestic trip to Boca, and had no issues with it in my carry on. Should I expect similar going to Mexico? Additionally, are there any shops in the area I should consider visiting during my stay?

    That's the thing, I have 3 coolers setup, but a cooler will hide the beautiful jar. That's why the issue has arised. On the one hand, I want to display the jar, but on the other hand I want to age the cigars in the jar.

    The other thing was that I read storing them in the jar for aging is different than box storage, so I didn't want to break that aging method. Further, without the jar, I don't have a box so right now they're just chilling in a ziplock bag inside my cooler.

    I've started collecting some jars, and one thing I notice is the humidifier is horrible. So, to those of you who have jars, do you store your cigars outside of the jar in a cooler/humidor etc, or do you leave them in the jar with a different humidifier? How do you go about storing these?
