If I honestly could only have 1 type of cigar for the rest of my life, I would most likely give it up as the pleasure for me is the variety available. But, if I had to answer the question based on my experience to date, I'd say the CoRo.

When the us embargo eventually becomes eradicated, I'd be very interested to see what the first USA regional ed would be. Maybe the Diplomáticos JFK???

I think regardless of what opinions are on the man, no question could be made that this wouldn't be a premier and extremely unique collectors item. Especially if it is a one time and very limited release.

They could have one with a black band labeled 683 signifying the poison cigar attempt. And that one can be a plugged thus unsmokeable cigar...

I got this same box from a 24:24 a couple of months ago and tried one the other day and it was great. I think another 6 - 12 months will open it up even more and I'm looking forward to see what comes of it. I would go in on another box if I wasn't still holding on to hope of finding a box of the No. 2s to satisfy my need for a bit more RG. I think the 2s are a 42RG and I'm finding that I prefer the RG in the 40 - 48 range. But these in 32 satisfy my occasional desire for a nuanced taste of fine cuban tobacco perfectly when I'm not in the mood to go all in. Don't know if that makes any sense...

I recently got a box of the LGC MDO4 from a 24:24 and absolutely love the flavors. I've heard great things about the No. 2 and loved the idea of the MDO in a thicker RG. I've also heard(read) rumors that the MDO line is being phased out. Do you know if there are any plans or signs of MDO 2s being sent out of Habana any time in 2017 or are they as good as dead?

Rob has been recommending the Picadores and the Petit Coronas lately, although I believe the Petit Coronas may require a little more time down in the humidor before reaching their potential. Just got a box of Montecristo No 4 from a recent 24:24 a few days ago. BUM MAY 15 PSP/HQ When I ordered I thought it said BUM MAY 16 but upon receipt I saw the box code said 15!! Lucky me!!! I know, I know... You're supposed to wait 30-60 days. But you know sometimes I just can't help myself. I'll take the worst out of the box and give it a shot. Worst case, it sucks and I wait 3-4 months before I try the next one. Well gentlemen, I smoked one of these today and it blew me away! My fiancée even tried it and loved the flavors and asked if I had more. Not sure that was so smart on my part... It had very subtle notes of coffee and milk chocolate and even developed into a more creamy coffee flavor mixed with nuts in the last third. The wrapper was in bad shape before lighting so I was really surprised to find myself smoking this stick down to the nub. I ended up laying it down due to it unraveling on me but the flavors were still great ? Anyways, for those of you that grabbed a box of these and got this box code, you're in for a treat! Cheers!
