Baked egg in avocado - Great for brunch! 1. Ripe Avocado 2. Medium Free range egg 3. Chopped Chives 4. Sourdough bread 5. Black pepper and Favourite hot sauce Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a knife to gently separate the avocado from the skin but leave it in place. Scoop out a small amount of the flesh from the center and then crack an egg into the center. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200C. Take out of oven and then remove from skin and place on a slice of sourdough and add chopped chives, pepper and a drop of hot sauce.

I'm happy with the Bucs pick - traded down and still picked up the guy they were targeting at 9 (Hargreaves). Now if we can somehow get Kevin Dodd in the second either by dropping to us or trading up with that extra 4th then it will have been a great first two picks.

Here is my prediction (read: complete guess!) I'm all for day/night test matches after watching the past 4 days in Adelaide. To me it has been a great success - attendance looked great, atmosphere looked good, ball swung around making it exciting - and anything to get people more interested in test match cricket is a winner for me. It always disappointed me when there was a test that might start midweek - so you would miss two/three whole days while at work (and if NZ were playing it was probably over within those days ). This way you can still head down after work and get in two full sessions. Lets hope it continues.

Yep always nice to see when things blow up in the Cowboys face. Although I am not sure what else they were expecting with the Hardy signing!

Hey All, New cigar smoker here in Dublin, Ireland but originally from NZ - have picked up the habit after being recommended some HDM Epi #2 by a friend, and have just purchased my first 50ct humidor which I am slowly filling with singles to start trying to determine what I like. Outside of cigars, just a big sports fan, and I follow the All Blacks and the Tampa Bay Bucs (just to even out the overall win percentages I think...........) Looking forward to expanding my cigar knowledge and my collection!
