  2. Honestly I don’t know. Not usually something I’m looking for in menus when going for beef. Sorry! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Sorry. I meant to say I am an Omaha native... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Bring an Omaha native and currently living here I would say there are a few different options for good steak depending on the $$$ you’d like to spend. Jackson Street is very good and reasonably priced, but top of the line is Omaha Prime. It is around the corner from Havana Garage. Think Morton’s or Ruth Cris’ but all that beef is from about 90 miles north of Omaha. 801 is a trendy spot with great food as well. These are all in the Old Market. If you looking for something a little out of the downtown area you can always try Anthony’s Steakhouse on 72nd Street. Iconic restraint for Omaha. Johnny’s is in South Omaha off of Q street. Let me know if you are looking for more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Sorry we didn’t have a chance to meet up Collin. Just bad timing on my behalf. Safe travels! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I have to say the one thing that annoys me more than anything else is being sick when it is nice out. I cannot smoke a cigar in this perfect weather until this stupid head cold is gone. Going on two weeks now. I could care less about being sick in winter because we expect it and I cannot have that many cigars anyway. Damn cold. Vent over. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Obviously I’m kidding with my order but still think Chelsea’s back inside the top 4 with City, United, and Spurs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I’m going to go with Mou losing it about November going on and on about the Christmas fixtures again for the 1000th time before the slow decomposition begins and they toss him out of Old Trafford on roller skates to make it faster. Chelsea will see Sarri-ball until Morata scores and then won’t again until he’s traded away. Hazard sticks around to pad his resume and Roman tries to persuade him to stay. Courtious it is OUT and Madrid rejoices. Still finish top 4 though. Willian becomes a Saint in Brazil. Dave is the living LEGEND inhabiting the Bridge. Gunners flash in the pan until the charcoal gets them truly going down in flames but PEA still scores 30 goals. Spurs can rot. Enough said. United and City start a civil war in Manchester and no one gets out alive so top four will be: 1. Brighton Hove Albion 2. Newcastle 3. Bournemouth 4. Wolves Everton finish 17th. #CFC #goBlues Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I’m looking at it like this...I’m trying a few cigars I haven’t before. If I put some of my humidor into the pass and if someone else gets to take one for a taste, all for the greater enjoyment of the group. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Ok. I had some time with the box this evening before I head to Chicago tomorrow afternoon to visit my Cubs at Wrigley. Colin did a great job with this and I was happy to get the chance to participate. Thanks for having me boys! 15. So I decided to break out an 155th Partagas Anniversio (sp?) 109 as my cigarbof choice on July 4th. It had been in my humidor for a few years so it had some nicks on the foot. Pre-light it had a good draw and a traditional Partagas flavoring. Upon lighting it was a clean burn and good line. Crispy is how I would characterize the first stages of this cigar. Just burned tobacco and slight flavor. Not bad but a really muted taste. I’ve experienced this in older cigars before so was prepared for it. After about an inch it blossomed up into a very refined Partagas profile of nuts, and that typical leathery goodness. It kept going from that point forward until the end of it. I thoroughly enjoyed this cigar as well as the company I had around me. I was really scared that this was going to be a disappointment but it delivered in spades. Glad I took the chance on this and burned it when I did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Going to dip into a box I’ve been sampling for a few years.... RA Emencias from 2005. Swiss market. Really good for a couple years then started a downturn and flat for a bit. Hoping they are starting the upward break again as the last one I had was getting back to it’s origins. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I hope it provides as much enjoyment for you as it possibly can! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. The cigars itself was divine. Great draw, perfect burn, but it wasn’t as crazy complex as I thought it would be. Typical Cohiba profile in my opinion but with a little bit smoother finish on the palate. Took my time and actually drank water with it instead of something different. It was a worthwhile start to my journey through the depths of my humidor.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. So I’ve got all of these really great cigars in my humidors. Lots that I feel are special and outstanding for many reasons, but still haven’t really smoked just for the hell of it. Waiting for “special occasions” hasn’t been good enough as I have three kids, got married, got advanced education, have a decent job.... what the hell am I waiting on? No idea these days so in honor of that ephiphany I pulled the Robusto from a set of Cohiba Reservas from January 2003. Gonna burn this because it’s Friday, I’m still walking around, and all of the other things listed above. Carpe Diem my friends. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
